PAEDIATRIC DENTAL PILOT IN EALING

Paediatric Dental Pilot now live in your local area. NHS dental care for children and young people, particularly those who may face barriers to accessing services.

The service is focused on children and young people aged 0–16 years who:

  • Live in Core20 areas of deprivation.
  • Have not seen an NHS dentist in the last 12 months or more.
  • May face additional barriers to accessing dental care.
  • Selected local NHS dental practices participating in the pilot, have been commissioned to offer longer, prevention-focused appointments to support children who may be anxious or need extra time and help to establish and maintain regular dental care.
  • The GP can:
    Signpost eligible children who may benefit from this offer to the designated dental practice. Please ask your GP for further information.
