THE POLICY IS THAT THE SURGERY WILL CONTACT YOU IN 24 HOURS TO ADVISE YOU WHAT WILL HAPPEN. FOR ANYTHING THAT IS URGENT AND IF THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS LEFT AT THE SURGERY, PLEASE SEEK ADVISE FROM NHS 111 OR GO TO THE URGENT CARE CENTRE.
