Complaints & Feedback

If you wish to provide feedback or put in a formal complaint, the best way to do this is by sending an email to the Manager Sangeeta Kathuria to her email address directly on [email protected]

For confidentiality reasons, please refrain from sending a formal complaint to the generic email.

In line with the practice Complaints policy, we will aim to investigate your complaint and revert to you in 10 working days.

This can also be sent by hand or post in writing addressed to the Manager.
