NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Complaints & Feedback

If you wish to provide feedback or put in a formal complaint, the best way to do this is by sending an email to the Operations Manager Mr Jaideep Bamrah to his email address directly at [email protected]

For confidentiality reasons, please refrain from sending a formal complaint to the generic email.

In line with the practice Complaints policy, we will aim to investigate your complaint and revert to you in 25 – 40 working days.

This can also be sent by hand or post in writing addressed to the Operations Manager.
