We are happy to register new NHS patients provided they are living within our catchment area.
We don’t register patients who are not in our catchment area so please do check before registering as you may be rejected if you are out of the relevant postcode.
We do not register patients who live outside of the area and work in the local area.

New Patient RegistrationWe are asking for all registrations to be done via the online method. If you are not able to do this then please either download the form via the link below and email this to us on [email protected] OR come to the surgery to complete a paper copy.

We also request for every patient to READ our patient contract attached below and complete the surgery new registration paperwork and email this to us once you have registered to [email protected] so that we can record your consent correctly on your records. You can also bring this to the surgery so we can scan onto your records.
Registration Medical
We invite all our new patients who are new in the country to see one of our practice nurses or our health care assistant. This appointment enables us to collect medical information before your medical records arrive. It is also the start of screening for other medical problems. Normally, you will need to complete a registration medical before seeing one of our GPs.
FOR NEW BABIES PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CHILD UNDER 16 YEARS OLD WILL BE REGISTERED WITHOUT A LEGAL GUARDIAN ALSO REGISTERING AT THE PRACTICE. ONE OR BOTH PARENTS SHOULD REGISTER TOO OR THIS WILL BE REJECTED
MEDICATION AND REPEAT REQUESTS
Please note that while you are registering with us, your medication may be reset or not sent down the links to us in enough time and we cannot see what you have on your list of repeat drugs. If you need to order your medications simply send us an email ([email protected]) and we will process the medication for you within 2 working days (48 hours)

Temporary Residents
Our books are open to register patients on an urgent or temporary basis and you can enquire about this via email or calling us. Please note that to register for either you must be living in our catchment area so please refer to the above map link to check for this. Also please note that all temporary patients will be given the same access and treatment as our registered patients.

PATIENT REMOVAL FROM THE PRACTICE
Patients will be removed from the practice for the below reasons in line with practice policy:
Embarkation – when a patient has moved out of the UK for more than 3 months – 30 day notice provided before removal
Movement out of the practice catchment area – 30 day notice provided to find a new GP
Crime and Deception or Violence / unacceptable behavior – immediate removal if police are involved
Irretrievable breakdown of Doctor / Nurse – patient relationship – 8 day removal request
