Dr Livingston trained at the Welsh National School of Medicine and qualified in 1990. She underwent her GP training scheme based in Bridgend, South Wales. Prior to training to be a doctor, she qualified as a pharmacist and worked as a hospital pharmacist for 2 years in Hampshire. After qualifying as a GP she worked as a Psychiatrist for a year and then a Community Paediatrician for 3 years.
She joined The Avenue Surgery in 2002 and has worked here ever since; initially with the late Dr Bayer and now with Dr Dharman.
She thoroughly enjoys her work as a GP and has got to know many of her patients and a number of their families over the years.
Now working 3 days a week, she has time to spend with her miniature Dachshund Coco who has made her and her family very happy.
